How it works? We send mystery shoppers to visit your taproom and provide feedback on their experience. Our standard Secret Hop includes a shopper purchasing a flight and pint. We can easily add food into the mix. Following the completion of monthly visits, we provide you a a detailed report. This report will offer insight into areas of opportunity and give you the data to reward your team for a job well done.
