She will never ask someone to do a job she wouldn't be willing to do herself.

A special moment:

She noticed a group with a birthday cake. After asking what they were celebrating, she offered to store the cake in our cooler until they were ready for it and bought the birthday guest a beer.

On culture:

She treats coworkers and guests with kindness and respect, handles negativity or gossip constructively, and makes her team feel supported.

On revenue impact:

Molly has been responsible for an increase in our Secret Hopper score through training our staff to upsell, introduce themselves, and thank guests when they leave with more frequency.
